In this experience we will lead you in discovering our company and family history. Including a visit to the mill and information regarding the storage of the oil and the other stages of production. We will taste 2 of our extra-virgin oils and 1 flavored oil, the expression of Sicily of oil rich in diversity. We will conclude with the tasting of “cunsatu” bread, made using ancient Sicilian grains.
A journey inside the company and its history, from the mill to the packaging, looking closely at every aspect of production right up to the bottle. We will continue with a guided technical tasting through the Sicilian territory with our 4 extra-virgin oils, comparing variety, fruitiness and typical characteristics. We will talk about qualities and defects in oils and about recognizing a quality oil. A real little journey in the world of oil tasting. And to conclude, our favorite brunch, bread made with ancient Sicilian grains “cunsatu”.
Our oils meet the food of the Sicilian tradition. A journey inside the company and its history, from the mill to the packaging, looking closely at every aspect of production right up to the bottle. Lunch will follow, discover the Sicilian flavors with selected ingredients of the territory and an excellent glass of wine, as in the tasty and abundant lunches prepared by Grandma during the olive harvest. So much goodness enclosed in a single experience rich in tradition and memories.
We will tell you of the history and passion of the family, we will see the places of production, from milling to modern bottling with different focuses on how to produce and “preserve“ a quality oil.
